Our staff will administrate the account's daily or monthly activities. We would make disbursements, program payments, ensure and acknowledge receipt of funds from dividends or other sources. This will give and maintain strict confidentiality of the affairs of the vehicle, as well as, protect its funds and assets as with any normal trust company practice.

In the particular case of Foundations, the activity of the Corporate Trust services and Foundation council with respect to management of the Foundation may be subject to supervision of the Protector of the Foundation. This may allow us to establish a process, which will allow us to recognize the identity of the protector. While the instructions with respect to any movements on the account are received by the appointed administrator, the funds of the foundation are always protected by a so-called 4-eyes principle. We will have at least three authorized signatories assigned to the account with at least two signatories to authorize any payment.
